Marcus

I have been involved in human resources since the mid 1990’s and have been responsible for screening and vetting of security operatives in accordance to BS7858 standards to date. Over the last decade the need for screening has become essential due to terrorism threats and also due to a change of working culture and ethics. There have been one too many occurrences of incompetent people being given job positions which have endangered others’ lives both emotionally and physically let other criminal activity being conducted due to the lack of back ground check and screening.

I am motivated to support your business and human resource processes to minimise threats and costs incurred due to employing and investing into candidates that are not of sound background. I have the knowledge and the experience of conducting up to 10 years background checks in accordance to BS7858, arranging DBS (disclosure barring service) both standard and enhanced and also have the resources to conduct credit, ID and address checks.

I hope you will give me the opportunity to instruct you dynamically to build your confidence and “know how” and to complete screening within a short timeframe within the parameters to BS7858 and will shadow you and guide you with a few of your personal profiles in order to exercise the methodology that has been shared.
